Guidelines

Please use the scheduling tool below to review my availability and 

reserve a mediation block. Before booking, please note the following:

1. Confirmation Required. Reserving a time through the scheduling tool does not confirm your mediation. Please do not consider a mediation scheduled until you receive a separate written confirmation from us.
2. One Reservation at a Time. The scheduling tool is limited to one reservation per matter. If you would like to hold multiple dates or have scheduling questions, please contact my office directly through the Contact Page.
3. Good Faith Use. Please reserve time only if you have a genuine intent to proceed with mediation and have coordinated with opposing counsel about availability. Speculative bookings prevent other parties from accessing available dates.
4. Cancellations. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation promptly through the scheduling tool or by contacting my office so the time may be offered to others.
